What you'll do if you join us

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, site maps, and prototypes
• Develop high and low fidelity prototypes and collect feedback from end users
• Create design solutions that scale for the future, but understands the technology constraints of now
• Prepare and present designs to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers and others to bring a unique design-centric perspective to the table
• Create design solutions that scale for the future, but understands the technology constraints of now
• Create and design graphics for marketing and sales teams
• Assist in re-designing the corporate website.

What you should bring to the table

• Strong thought leadership and UX design vision skills, including strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual design skills.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Strong understanding of information architecture, user experience, and content strategy
• Demonstrated ability to do UX/UI work and create solutions based on business strategy and needs
• A desire to make a major impact on product vision
• Fluent use in one of the following tools: Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
